SUNY Potsdam admissions?

I'm currently going into senior year and plan on applying to Potsdam.I've failed one class in junior year (intermediate algebra), and recieved mid 70's in english,a solid 90 in art,90's in AP music theory(Not sure how I did on the actual AP test), 86 in U.S history and the high 60's to low 70's in forensics.I did one club sophomore year.Two junior(one was cut halfway through) and have tried to raise money for St. Jude childrens hospital.My SAT score is 1300 and I plan to start doing community service.What are my chances of getting in?Please be honest.
