Need ideas for events :)?

You have to think really big! A highly publicised world record attempt is often a great way to go. Get a copy of the guiness book of records and start looking up records that take masses of people to break. Next contact your local council and see where you can hold an event like that in your town. Tell them what it's for and if you need a hall or large open space. Get the local press and radio involved early on they might have people who can help you organise and will at least give you loads of free publicity. If any high profile people have relatives in the same unit approach them directly and try to get them involved. Go to every business in your town big and small and let them know what you're doing. If there is a big charity linked to the unit get them involved early as well. Take any help anyone will give you whether it's money, goods, people or skills to help you organise what you are doing. Never turn down anything you can use. Think really big and advertise! Hope this helps. :-)
