I'm trying to find stories and examples in history of small changes that were made that led to big changes or big results or big differences, whether it's an invention or a process or whatever. For example, human DNA is very similar to chimp DNA, but it makes a major difference. Can you think of examples of small changes or differences that lead to major results or differences? Perhaps a company that made a small change that led to massive success. Or maybe a sports team that made a small change in their strategy and then won a championship, etc. Thanks!
