Should I use a wheelchair? ?

Well I was in a wheelchair up until just recently... I have RSD/CRPS along with other medical issues too and I was in a wheelchair until I spent 6 weeks in Dallas childrens hospital and they got me out of it, but walking and everything makes my pain worse so I don't go a lot of places and do a lot because of this and at the childrens hospital all they did was make things worse because they did not know enough about RSD/CRPS! So should I just go back to using a wheelchair?
