Is it possible that a flu could make your period come late?

Hi I'm a virgin and 16,way about 115 pounds and yesterday I got like a flu/cold...I've been taking childrens allegra ! It usually does make my tummy hurt..and my period should be popping up soon between today n the 29th..I also had stomach pains n cramps in my side while I was n bed last night.that could either be from my period about to come or the medicine.I was just wounding if being sick or taking this medicine will affect my period timing ? Thanks a lot..
