If Evolution happens, how come we don't see humans coming out of chimps and chimps coming out of humans?

Evolution ruled out the fact that genetic programming cannot change this is seen in DNA as there are "markers" in DNA that is exactly the same as any other animal on the face of this earth. The parts that make us human and an animal an animal. Thus it cannot change for if it does change by the slightest margin every aspect of it changes with it including its offspring. Thus Evolution is a fallacy apes never evolved into humans they just evolved as “improved apes” humans was always humans we just got better at being human.
