Does a Montana Supreme Court ruling now mean that climate science is now legally recognized as not settled?

The U.S. Supreme Court has already ruled that CO2 is a pollutant which the EPA has authority to control. Therefore the Montana decision means nothing in practical terms. The EPA can come in and force the citizens and businesses of Motana to limit CO2 emissions regardless of the factuality of global warming.
