Could my dog be sick?

My Mom was recently sick with allergies. After she got better,My dog started sneezing like crazy. i thought he was allergic to something but no its been 3 days. I gave him a drop of Childrens tylenol it doesnt help. should i take him to the vet or let him get better by himself?
